In this video, I demonstrate how to perform the wet sheet wrap treatment, an old-school nature-cure remedy for a myriad of acute ailments like colds, flus, respiratory “crud,” pain, and detoxification. In adherence of the current guidelines around social distancing, I couldn’t find a human model to use in this video, but thankfully a trusted hot pink plush monkey volunteered to help me out.
